Returns/exchanges will be accepted subject to the following conditions: |
• Items must be received by Look-it Activewear within 30 days of invoice date.
• Return/exchange form (included in package) must be completed with all information.
• Garment is unworn, all tags attached, and tags must not be marked or mutilated.
• Garment must show no signs of wear, soil, or odor.
• Shoe exchanges or returns must be returned in the original box/bag. Shoes must show no signs of wear or soil. |
IMPORTANT: Unlike other on-line and catalog mail order companies, Look-it Activewear does not charge a restocking fee. And, for exchanges, we pay postage costs to ship the exchanged item back to you via parcel post mail! (This policy does not apply to international/non-U.S. customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping charges.)
Please allow up to two weeks for Look-it Activewear to receive your return, process your refund or ship your exchanged item(s). Returns and exchanges that do not comply with the above listed conditions will be discarded or returned at customer's expense. |
